Terms of service

1. Seller. The online store is operated by Atlas Via Group, ul. św. Judy Tadeusza, 55-095 Domaszczyn, Poland, email: info@recorest.pl (“Seller”).

2. General. These terms set out the rules for using the store and concluding distance sales contracts. By placing an order you accept these terms. They do not exclude or limit any rights consumers have under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

3. Orders.

• You place an order by adding a product to the cart, entering delivery details and choosing a payment method.
• The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
• In case of an obvious pricing error or an unavailable product, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

4. Prices and payment.

• Prices are shown in Polish zloty (PLN) and are final prices.
• Available payment methods: payment card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; the Seller does not store card details.

5. Delivery. Delivery terms and times are described in the Shipping policy.

6. Withdrawal and complaints. These are described in the Refund policy.

7. Product information. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease. Descriptions are for information only, and results may vary. Read the manual and contraindications before use; if in doubt, consult a doctor.

8. Personal data. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Disputes. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint procedures, e.g. through a consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection authority.

10. Changes. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
