Refund policy

1. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, email us at info@recorest.pl with your order number. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough.

Return the product within 14 days of withdrawal to the address we provide in our reply. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product. We will refund all payments, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it was sent back. The refund is made using the same payment method.

You are liable for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

2. Complaints (conformity with the contract)

We are responsible for the product's conformity with the contract for 2 years from delivery, in line with consumer law. If the product is faulty, write to us describing the problem and attach photos or a video. We will reply within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, we cover the return shipping cost.

3. Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us. We will send a replacement or refund your money.
